Nvm turns out the server had sv pure 0 and i had installed a skin that fixes australiums on mat phong 0 years ago that i completely forgot about since i always play on sv pure 2 servers.

I was getting tired of how disgusting some props looked with mat phong 0 so i decided to take it into my own hands.
So i have a australium rocket launcher and i use mat phong 0.
I tried running mat phong 0 and mat bumpmap 1 and they look normal.
My problem is that the fix for it does not work on online games it only works offline.
